Doctoral scholarship in medieval legal history (download the complete descriptive)

The Maison des Sciences de l?Homme Ange Guépin (MSH, Nantes, France) is recruiting a doctoral candidate for work on the project "RELMIN: The legal status of religious minorities in the Euro-Mediterranean world (5th-16th centuries)".
RELMIN is based at the MSH and is directed by John Tolan, professor of history at the University of Nantes and director of the MSH. It is funded for five years (2010-2015) as part of the Ideas programme of the European Research Council?s Seventh Framework Programme; the doctoral position will be co-funded by the Région Pays de la Loire (pending approval).
